Critical analysis on Attilio Mussino:
Mussino and Pinocchio:
Thanks tp the illustrations that he drew in 1911 for Carlo Collodi's masterpiece Le Avventure de Pinocchio, Attilio Mussino made a definitive portrait of the puppet. He was Carlo Collodi's first illustrator to colour his drawings, to tried and make illustration and chapters agree and to illustrate every chapter in a different way, using different techniques which were recalled in the strip cartoon.
