CLARE VICTOR DWIGGINS
American illustrator (1874-1959)
Biography:
Clare Victor Dwiggins was born in Wilmington (Ohio)in 1874. He stuided in his village schools adn began drawing srtip cartoons. His series "School Days" depicted the life of a group of teenagers in a little village. From 1945 to his death, he worked as illustrator for children's books.
