ALFRED CROQWILL
English author and illustrator (1804-1872)
Biography:
Alfred Croqwill was born in London in 1804. He soon wrote articles for magazines and published his caricatures in Punch. From 1844, and not working for Punch any longer, he devoted himself to illustrating children books.
