MARIE LUCIE ATTWELL
English author-illustrator (1879-1964)
Biography:
Marie Lucie Attwell was born in London in 1876. She attended the Regent Street Art School and later on, Heatherley. In 1908 she married the illustrator Harold Earshow. As a prolific artist, a part from children's illustrations, she has left us some postrers, calendars and advertisements.
