Biography:
Odile Hellmann-Hurpoil was born in Troyes in 1946. In 1984, her first books for children are published. From that moment on, she decides to leave journalism aside and devote all her time to writing. Her books have been translated to different languages (German, English, Polish, Korean, Japanesse, Finnish, Spanish, Portugish, Chinesse...).

Some of her writings have been adapted to TV series and are now sold in Video format.
Odile Hermann-Hurpoil writes albums and short stories for the youngest children, but also she has some books meant for adult readers. Her writings are about current themes set in imaginary worlds.
